No one really knew how the Society for Human Resource Management 2021 annual conference and expo in Las Vegas was going to go.
After all, there’s a continuing pandemic; Nevada has a mask mandate; and in-person conferences were thought to be a thing of the past. Not to mention lingering etiquette questions in light of social distancing.
Well, our EBI team is thrilled to report SHRM 2021 Las Vegas was a surprising, yet resounding, success! Thousands of HR professionals hit the convention floor and classrooms to learn, grow, network, and hear from inspirational leaders from a variety of industries (including an Olympic gold medalist!).
