About the Presenters:

Dr. Les Krieger, ATG

Dr. Les Krieger

is President and Consulting Psychologist at Assessment Technologies Group (ATG). He is a licensed Occupational Psychologist who brings a unique blend of psychometric and phenomenological perspectives to his understanding of people, teams and organizations. A Rutgers Ph.D., he completed an internship in Occupational Psychology at Stevens Institute of Technology and post-doctoral studies in Existential Phenomenological Psychology at Duquesne University. Since 1996 he’s been President of ATG, a consultancy known for innovative capabilities that align people with occupational success.

Curt Schwall 
is Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at EBI. His experience in the screening industry spans more than 20 years, and is currently serving his third term on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). At EBI, Curt oversees our state, federal and global regulatory and compliance initiatives, US Privacy policies, and vendor management. He also helps our clients with privacy and regulatory issues. Curt is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Curt is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University in Criminal Justice. Prior to EBI, Curt held executive compliance roles with TransUnion, Acxiom, and SterlingBackcheck.
