About the Presenters:


is Head of Partnerships at Newton Software, a privately held Applicant Tracking Software company. He was the first Sales/Alliances hire, and now manages all partner relationships from inception to implementation. Prior to Newton, Dillon was part of the team at SimplyHired, a job search engine. He has consulted with and assisted hundreds of small business with their recruitment processes, and is well-versed in EEOC & OFCCP regulations.



Curt Schwall 
is Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at EBI. His experience in the screening industry spans more than 20 years, and is currently serving his third term on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). At EBI, Curt oversees our state, federal and global regulatory and compliance initiatives, US Privacy policies, and vendor management. He also helps our clients with privacy and regulatory issues. Curt is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Curt is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University in Criminal Justice. Prior to EBI, Curt held executive compliance roles with TransUnion, Acxiom, and SterlingBackcheck. 



Jennifer Gladstone
is a news anchor and journalist with nearly 20 years of experience in front of the camera. She's worked in several markets, large and small, and has performed nearly every task needed in a newsroom. As EBI's Screening News Editor, she keeps EBI's customers and blog subscribers up-to-date on the latest screening news and legislative alerts affecting companies of all sizes.
