New adverse action requirements are popping up throughout the country. Legislators have already passed requirements for unique notifications, special timing, and/or special forms in the following jurisdictions:

  • State of California
  • State of Massachusetts
  • City of Los Angeles
  • New York City
  • Prince George’s County, MD
  • Montgomery County, MD
  • City of San Francisco, CA
  • City of Philadelphia, PA
  • City of Austin, TX
  • City of Seattle, WA
  • City of Portland, OR
