The ISO 9001 certification standard requires a yearly audit conducted by internal and external auditors. Bob Capwell-1With more than 30 years of experience, Bob Capwell is a past chairperson of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. He helped lead a task force to transform the organization into its current form, the global Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Bob is a current board member of PBSA.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Curt is a sought-after Subject Matter Expert on all things compliance. He recently guest-starred on Sirius XM’s Road Dog Trucking station where he spoke about the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Clearinghouse Regulation.
