EBI Named Among Best Background Screening Companies for 10th Time, Celebrates Year of Growth & Accolades

For the 10th time EBI has been named one of the thirteen best background screening companies in the country, as ranked by HRO Today Magazine’s Pre-Employment Screening Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. EBI has been ranked on this prestigious list more times than any other screening firm. This honor caps off a tremendous year for EBI, which also included a move to a new office and several other national and local awards.

 

The Baker's Dozen List

The Baker’s Dozen is the largest and most respected survey of its kind. For the 2017 list, more than 600 customers of screening firms were asked to answer dozens of questions based on the breadth of service, size of deal and overall quality of service. The final list represents the top 13 screening providers in the US.

Our New, State-of-the-Art Office

EBI made some transformative changes to their business in 2017, including moving to a new 30,000 sq. ft. facility. The state-of-the-art EBI headquarters is a physical incarnation of their mission statement: “To be the happiest company… period. Only happy people can deliver happy.” The visually stunning space features several gourmet coffee breakrooms, a micro food market, and a learning center for new hire training and continual education for current employees. The numerous glass conference rooms and meeting spaces are designed to encourage collaboration and interaction between departments.

Particularly unique is an in-house video recording studio where EBI produces industry news segments for their Screening News Network™. As the only news network for the screening industry, the Screening News Network helps to educate not just their customers, but the entire HR community.

Making the 2017 Bakers’ Dozen Best Background Screening Firms List for the 10th year caps a tremendously successful year of accolades and national recognition for EBI:
