This partnership will make EBI’s award-winning background screening, drug testing platform and electronic Form i9 platform available to SmartRecruiters users. One of EBI’s latest innovative features included in this integration is Delta Tracker. This technology will compare the information provided by the candidate through the SmartRecruiters platform to the information the candidate provided to EBI as part of their background check. It will then identify and report on discrepancies. There is also a candidate portal authentication process which protects and ensures the integrity of candidate data.
