The EBI Sales team is geographically based and covers three defined market segments.
Small Market Accounts: less than 50 hires annually
Mid-Market Accounts: 51-150 hires annually
Enterprise Accounts: above 150 hires annually
New business leads are distributed to EBI sales reps based on geographic location of the prospect and the number of hires expected in a one year period. EBI reps will collaborate with you to gain insight into the leads you refer and to continually build on their partner relationships in the field!
More importantly, EBI sales and account management teams have a monthly quota of referrals they are required to send to partners. And, we incent our teams with financial incentives for every referral they send!
