To start, we instill a “Client for Life” philosophy into our staff culture, which is centered on gaining an intimate understanding of the goals and strategic initiatives of each client so we are able to develop a partnership and outline performance measures for ongoing improvement. Through the use of customer satisfaction surveys and program reviews, we are able to determine if we are succeeding in meeting this goal as well as other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as staff knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness while continuing to deliver products that are timely, accurate, and compliant.
