Overview

More than ever before, our workplaces need to be and feel safe – not only physically safe but emotionally and psychologically safe too. And while the new business mindset has become culturally-intentional and people-first, during these recent times culture may have gone to the bottom of the priorities list. In addition, while having a great place to work has become a trend, few companies realize a positive and healthy workplace culture. Why? Because it seems elusive, hard to measure, and hard to prove ROI.

During this 90-min presentation, attendees will gain real, tangible, and actionable steps to building a positive workplace culture, including tips for our new way of work, using Civility Partners’ proven method for positive culture change and EBI’s own Design Culture as a case study.
