Employment Background Investigations, Inc (EBI) Chief Knowledge Officer, Robert Capwell, will present an education session at the 2012 Kentucky SHRM Conference in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday, September 27th titled - How To Develop and Administer a Company-wide Background Screening Program.
Mr. Capwell’s presentation will provide a roadmap for HR professionals to develop a successful background screening program and highlight the tools needed to thoroughly assess a candidate. This session will guide attendees on how to evaluate company needs, draft policies, and develop programs for a corporate-wide employment screening program that is cost-effective and secure. This session will review the risks and liabilities of how negligent hiring impacts companies and will also discuss best practices for employment screening.
