(EBI) is thrilled to announce that it has been voted the top Enterprise Pre-Employment Screening company on HRO Today Baker’s Dozen List. EBI also finished #1 for quality of service and #1 for breadth of services in the Enterprise category. EBI is now the most awarded screening firm in Baker’s Dozen history.

The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings List is the HR community's largest and most respected survey. Each year HRO Today provides customer satisfaction ratings for various HR service providers. Results are based on survey results from consumers, and not the HRO staff.
This year 1,300 customers were anonymously surveyed. Their answers were used to score and rank providers in three categories: breadth of services, size of deals, and quality of service. Companies fall into either mid-sized or enterprise-level. Out of the hundreds that exist, only 13 pre-employment screening providers appear on the final list.
