The Source - Important I-9 Regulation Updates
The clock is only moments away from striking midnight on national mandatory I-9 compliance! As EBI continues to monitor this inevitable trend, we have seen many U.S. States like Arizona and Tennessee take it upon themselves to pass stringent hiring laws requiring employers to verify the legality of their employees through I-9 compliance. The trend to curb the hiring of illegal workers is growing rapidly... will you be compliant when your state goes mandatory?
Don't be alone! EBI can assist you with all of your I-9 compliance with our Employment Verification Program (EVP) and Electronic Form I-9 services.
EBI’s Electronic Form I-9 enables employers to easily conduct a paperless, compliant SSA and DHS Form I-9 employment verification on new employees making it easier to confirm applicant identity during the screening and hiring process. Our program uses error detecting electronic applications with e-signature enhancements while granting and ensuring secure file storage.
EBI’s Employment Verification Program (EVP) is an instant verification run through the SSA and DHS in order to provide an efficient method to monitor an employee’s legal right to work. Electronic Form I-9, Document Scanning and I-9 consulting services are available with this solution.
Don't risk fines, business license suspension, and criminal penalties for I-9 and E-Verify non-compliance. Contact your EBI National Account Executive today - sales@ebiinc.com.
