The SMART Candidate Portal can be customized with your company’s logo or branded to emulate your corporate career site to enhance your candidate’s application experience. Only the candidate’s e-mail address is required to initiate your request, and a secured link is provided via e-mail for the candidate to do the rest. Based on your preferences, the candidate can enter the required confidential information such as SSN or DOB, complete all information fields as required, and/or execute the necessary authorization forms to submit the order in a secure environment.

SMART Mouse Signatures (SMS) are submitted by the subject only once and then are carried over to multiple SMART Disclosures and Forms as required. The result is reduced lag time as scanning and faxing documents and repeatedly asking for additional signatures to complete your request are now a thing of the past.
