With a simple review of this report, you're immediately alerted to an applicant's inclination to file frequent, abusive, or even fraudulent workers' compensation claims. Accidents and workers' compensation claims don't just happen in factories and manufacturing plants, so looking at an applicant's workers' compensation history can give a unique perspective.

Run in strict compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines, our searches report all incidences of the workers' compensation claims. Where available from a state's Worker's Compensations Commission Office, these reports can note additional details, including the claim number, the date and type of injury, employer's name and address and where the injury occurred.
