DOT Physicals
As part of regulatory compliance, the federal government requires that transportation employees receive regular physicals (first upon hire, and then on an annual recertification basis). Our team of physicians and nurse practitioners perform a comprehensive, cost-effective physical examination in conformity with DOT standards.

EBI offers pre-employment, annual, HAZMAT, OSHA and DOT physicals on an as-needed basis, as well as providing audiometry, breath alcohol testing, EKGand other essential workplace testing.

Breath Alcohol Testing (BATs)
All EBI breath alcohol tests are performed by certified BAT technicians, and the results of these tests are available before the subject leaves the clinic. In the event of a positive result, a medical technician will immediately call the designated employer representative (DER) to make a report and to arrange for transportation from the clinic. Copies of BAT results are forwarded to you immediately after testing.
