What does this service provide?
With the EBI Healthcare Sanctions Report (HSR), you are now able to screen individuals and entities in the healthcare field against an historical database of adverse actions. There are three levels of Healthcare Sanction Reports provided by EBI:
A Level One Healthcare Sanctions Report includes more than 600,000 adverse records of debarred, disciplined, excluded or sanctioned individuals and entities. HSR reports on more than 800 sources and over 50 types of healthcare professionals ranging from physicians and PA’s, nurses, mental health professionals and pharmacists to home health agencies, hospitals, clinics managed care agencies and ambulatory services.
A Level Two Healthcare Sanctions Report includes all records listed under Level One and also provides a single state sanctions search which lists individuals who have been the subject of State licensing board sanctions. This information is helpful in assisting healthcare companies avoid other potential liabilities and risks of employing or contracting with individuals who have been subject to performance of behavior problems elsewhere.
A Level Three Healthcare Sanctions Report includes all records listed under Level One and also provides a complete 50 state sanctions search which lists individuals who have been the subject of State licensing board sanctions.
