Nearly 98% of the information requests we receive are fulfilled within 24-72 hours. We constantly strive to improve this percentage, which is currently among the industry's best. In some instances we are constrained by either the state's capacity to provide timely information, or our dependence upon the cooperation and availability of those individuals providing educational and employment information. Holidays, weather conditions and Acts of God will also, on occasion, create an adverse impact on our turnaround times.

Introducing EBI WebLinkSM. You can now order all of your investigative profiles on the internet through our highly secured web site. Our interface is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere in the world where you have an Internet connection.

EBI Online Remote Software (modem to modem dial-in):
Order all your investigative profiles on-line, resulting in faster turnaround times, At-A-Glance report status, criminal record indicator, and other State-of- the-Art features. 

FAX: 

EBI offers two types of fax delivery services.

First is our "Entire Fulfillment" whereby reports are transmitted as soon as the entire report is complete.

Second, and most popular, is "Progressive Fulfillment." With Progressive Fulfillment, when each part of the investigative profile is complete, it is automatically transmitted to you. Usually, depending on the types of reports ordered, 70% of the investigative profile will be transmitted to you within 24 hours, 85% within 48 hours, and 100% within 72 hours.
