EBI may also transfer your information to third parties for processing in order to provide our clients with the services requested. We require such third parties to keep the information confidential and not to use it for other purposes or process the information in a manner incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected.
EBI may disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating local, state, or federal laws, or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Employment Background Investigations, Inc.'s rights or property, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
