What does this service provide?  

This post-hire tool provides criminal records information where subjects are monitored in real-time in conjunction with EBI’s National Criminal Research Database (NCRD).  

This search works in synchronization with the National Criminal Research Database, regularly scanning nationwide criminal databases.  EBI will notify you when possible criminal records are found, and we will then proceed with a county criminal records search to confirm a positive match.
