EBI’s laboratory partners, Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp and CRL, meet or exceed the certification and compliance regulations established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Department of Transportation, College of American Pathologists and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  

In addition, EBI maintains active membership in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) for continuing education, monitoring and is activily involved in these industry organizations.
