National Wants And Warrants
This search is a nationwide report which determines if the applicant has any outstanding and extraditable arrest wants and/or warrants that have been registered with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
What does this service provide?
This report normally includes warrants issued for more serious felony offenses or outstanding county warrants that have been elevated to the nationwide level. Information is limited to the type of record, status of record, and name of agency of origin. Once a potential warrant is identified, county criminal records search and/or investigation with the appropriate arresting agency must be conducted to confirm specific case and identification information.

According to federal agencies, there are approximately 789,000 outstanding warrants that have been issued in the United States and include felonies and serious misdemeanors. Nationally, this figure is actually much higher as many outstanding warrants are not recorded at the federal level. A warrant is typically issued by a court; however, can be issued by the United States Congress or other legislative bodies.
