What you need to know before hiring drivers.

In the past, alcohol and drug testing for employee drivers was important to prevent accidents on the road. Before background screening became easier to come by and more thorough, it wasn't unusual to hear of drivers with substance abuse problems, with criminal histories, or even driving without a drivers license. And today, less professional background check companies can still let these people slip through the cracks and behind the wheel.
