More than 370 million offense records are included in this instant, 50 state, multi-jurisdictional search of state and county criminal record databases. This includes the Department of Corrections, Department of Public Safety, Traffic Court, Multi-state Sex Offenders and Proprietary Offender Data maintained by EBI's data source. The NCRD also provides EBI’s OFAC search which includes: FBI, U.S. Marshal, U.S. Customs, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Secret Service, DEA fugitive and most wanted files. All information reported from the database is verified from its original reporting source for proper FCRA compliance.
What does this service provide?
The National Criminal Record Database (NCRD) contains offense records from all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The database may provide criminal records information outside the scope of a basic county or state search and should always be utilized to provide a comprehensive background investigation.
