What does this service provide?
The National Criminal Research Database (NCRD) contains offense records from all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The database may provide criminal records information outside the scope of a basic county or state search and should always be utilized to provide a comprehensive background investigation. National criminal background checks should be used as an investigative research tool to supplement a county records or state criminal records search.
