What does this service provide?

EBI maintains one of the largest record retrieval networks in the country.  We perform searches of county felony and misdemeanor records in the applicable county jurisdiction(s).  Information is gathered directly from court maintained documentation to ensure that EBI delivers the highest quality and most up-to-date information possible.

We recommend a search of all counties of residence including all other names known by the candidate to help provide proper due diligence in your background screening program.  We access the most current information available and report felony and misdemeanor convictions as requested by each client.  County criminal searches are available nationwide.  Searches comparable to U.S. county searches are also available in the U.S. Territories, Canada and internationally.
