EBI's nationwide network of researchers conduct felony and misdemeanor searches of county criminal records at each applicable courthouse.
What does this service provide?
EBI maintains one of the largest record retriever networks in the country. We perform searches of county felony and misdemeanor records in the applicable county court. Information is gathered directly from court maintained documentation to ensure that EBI delivers the highest quality and most up-to-date information possible.
Our county criminal record services provide the following information as available from each jurisdiction:
- Court
- Case Number
- Date of Offense
- Filing Date
- Type of Charge
|
- Charge Level
- Disposition Date
- Disposition
- Identifiers
|
We recommend a search of all counties of residence including all other names known by the candidate to help provide proper due diligence in your
background screening program. We access the most current information available and report felony and misdemeanor convictions based on applicable federal and state law. County criminal searches are available nationwide. Searches comparable to U.S. county searches are also available in the U.S. Territories, Canada and internationally.
