Not a vast and faceless corporate conglomerate snuffling for another profit center, EBI sprouted from this small, focused crew of men and women whose mission was to create a great company, best supplier of pre-employment services in the world. Growth came from attention to detail and the indefatigable efforts of this team.

A decade has flown by, and we're all still here. There are differences, of course. Immaculate offices. An army of researchers. A computer lab that purrs softly behind closed doors. And now most of us wear suits.

But our passion remains, and has intensified. We've got ten years of professional experience to guide us when you call for help. And we certainly haven't lost our small-company capacity for detail. We're still nimble. We're still infinitely adaptable. And we're still hungry to distinguish ourselves as the best in the industry.

If we were going to tell our story in dry language, we'd simply state that Employment Background Investigations, Inc. was founded in 1994 by a team of experts in human resources, business and law enforcement. And we'd mention that we're a licensed private detective agency specializing in the development and implementation of employment screening programs.
